Gabriele Casagrande, compulsive uncorker of bottles in the land of Montalcino, guides us in the firstwine tasting in the garageto understand together who they are, their ideas and their lucid madness. You will know the productions of amused experimenters of the wine world who, far from the logic of the market, live the 'making wine' in a pioneering and fun way.

We look in the vegetable gardens on the edge of the city, in the small terraces by the sea and in the most unthinkable places: we will always see a few vine plants, small microscopic vineyards, pergolas in the garden, rows to delimit the borders.

domestic, for friends or for the nearby tavern.

 

Very small but, once upon a time, infinitely widespread productions, all together capable of generating considerable numbers, an Indian reserve capable of giving uspleasant surprises.
